So...

Went to the Doctor today for the full follow up. Am anemic in addition to the B12 deficiency. So, got my B12 shot, and will start iron supplements. Today I was so weak that I could not hold my head up. Dr. remarked how pale I looked. I think my values must have gone down further. I just couldn't function. So, they being a good practice got me in early. So, now it's wait for everything to kick in.

I expect my mood to improve drastically once I am feeling better too. The dogs will appreciate that ;)

Been thinking more and more about sending Danny out for training. Any suggestions?
